You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Maybe you’re going through a major life change. Maybe you’re anxious and don’t know why. Maybe you just became a parent and don’t feel like yourself anymore. Maybe a relationship ended and you’re trying to figure out who you are now.
Or maybe you simply know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to start.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Therapy and mental wellness support for teens, adults, couples, and families in Boca Raton and virtually throughout Florida.
Therapy for where you are right now.
At Empowered Woman, we don’t believe you need to have the right words, a diagnosis, or a five-year plan before reaching out.
Therapy gives you a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore what comes next.
Our therapists work with clients through life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum experiences, identity, LGBTQ+ concerns, substance use and recovery, and more.
Most importantly, we want you to leave therapy feeling empowered, supported, and heard.

Individual Therapy
A space to understand yourself — and decide what’s next.
Sometimes you know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes you just know that you’re not feeling like yourself.
Individual therapy gives you a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your life, understand how past experiences may be influencing the present, and develop a narrative that better serves who you are becoming.
Teen & Young Adult Therapy
Growing into yourself can be complicated.
College, relationships, friendships, family expectations, identity, school, independence, and figuring out what comes next can be a lot to carry.
We provide a supportive space where teens and young adults can talk openly, build confidence, understand their emotions, and develop tools for navigating the transitions in front of them. We work with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, identity questions, and more.

Couples Therapy
Sometimes the person you love is also the person you’re struggling with.
Relationships can be complicated. Couples therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what’s happening between you, and learn how to communicate and connect differently.
Groups
Sometimes healing happens in community.
Our groups are offered based on the needs of our community. While we don’t currently have an ongoing group schedule, past groups have included:
- Women’s Empowerment Groups
- Teen Groups
- Circle of Security Parenting
- Other topic-specific support and educational groups

Interested in an upcoming group? Reach out and let us know what you’re looking for. New groups are developed as needs arise.

Workshops, Trainings & Speaking
Mental health education shouldn’t stay inside the therapy room.
Empowered Woman provides workshops, trainings, and speaking opportunities for businesses, schools, parents, community organizations, nonprofits, and professional groups.
Topics can be tailored to your audience and have included:
- Suicide Prevention for Teens & Parents
- Suicide Prevention in the Latinx Community
- The Power of Writing Your Trauma Narrative
- The 8 Types of Intimacy in Couples
- LGBTQ+ Mental Health & Related Topics
