Therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client where we merge knowledge and skills in seek of a more positive outcome. My goal is to create a comfortable and safe space allowing clients to be open and honest in order to achieve their best self.
Education & Experience
I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. Thomas University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Throughout my education, I have had the chance of working with adolescents and young adults struggling with
anxiety and depression, boundary setting, self-compassion, and life adjustment issues.
